DELIVERY POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Within Lagos: 1-3 working days
- Interstate (within Nigeria): 3-5 working days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All international orders are shipped and trackable through DHL.
- Delivery timeline is 5-7 working days after order placement
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES CHARGES
Some countries subject shipments crossing international borders to assessments of duties and taxes
Sandiez Collection has no control over this. Customers are responsible for this fee and it is not included in the shipping fee.
PICK UPS
Our office opens from 9am-7pm from Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm on saturdays.
We encourage clients within Lagos to choose this option as it gives room for fittings.
RETURN POLICY
Item(s) are subject to RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND if Sandiez Collection receives the item(s) within:
TIMELINE
- 3 working days from date of delivery/pickup for orders placed within Lagos
- 5 working days from date of delivery for orders placed within Nigeria (outside Lagos)
- 10 working days from date of delivery for orders shipped outside Nigeria
- “Pick up in store” orders are only eligible for refund or exchange if picked up within 2 weeks of placing order. orders picked up after 2 weeks are not eligible for refund or exchange.
THE ITEM(S) MUST PHYSICALLY BE IN OUR POSSESSION WITHIN THE ABOVE TIME FRAME FOR ITEM TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE
EXCEPTIONS
Items purchased/picked up or fitted in store cannot be exchanged/returned or refunded.
CHARGES:
- The customer is responsible for sending the item/s back to Sandiez collection.
- In the case of an exchange, the customer is required to pay for any further delivery fee required.
- The re-delivery fee is the same cost as the initial shipping fee charged when the item was first ordered.
- Once we have received your return, an exchange will be shipped within 48 hours or a refund processed within 5-7 working days as the case may be. Depending on the payment gateway refunds might take longer to appear in customers bank account.
METHOD OF REFUNDING:
- Refunds are issued minus the cost of shipping via the same payment gateway the item(s) were paid for e.g Paystack, direct transfer or Stripe.
PRODUCT CONDITION:
- ALL items must be received unworn, undamaged, free from blemishes and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund.
- In the case that an item is received damaged, a refund or exchange will not be possible regardless of circumstance. The customer will be responsible for any shipping cost associated with resending it back to them.
- SALE items or items bought with a discount code will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange regardless of circumstance. ONLY FULL PRICE items qualify for a refund or exchange.
- In a case where customer receives a faulty item, customer has 3 days from the date of delivery to file a complaint and not longer than 20 days to return said item after which we will no longer be able to accept said item regardless of the circumstance.
- Finally, for a swift and seamless process, kindly ensure that your return meets the above terms and conditions.
